Search with real dates
Pick the destination and the check-in/check-out dates you actually intend to travel on. We only check rooozt Home properties that are free in that window — we don't pad the page with properties you can't book.
You send a request, not a completed booking
The button on a property page sends a booking REQUEST, not a finished booking. Nothing is charged and no room is held at this stage. We write it that way everywhere because it is what is true, not out of modesty.
The team confirms and quotes
